Development of web application to support project proposal management for research-based learning

Abstract
This article is a part of the research to develop a web application for supporting project proposal management in learning process of research-based learning (RBL). The design and development of the web application and the study of users’ satisfaction towards the developed website were presented. The sample group of this research was 33 of students and teachers from Det Udom school in Ubon Ratchathani province. Research tool used for collecting data was a questionnaire of users’ satisfaction. It’s consisted of three aspects including web design, system performance, and RBL support. The testing results showed that the average of users’ satisfaction was at the good level (mean = 4.22, S.D. = 0.71) with the highest average of the RBL support aspect (mean = 4.33, S.D. = 0.66). Therefore, this developed web application is beneficial to support the project proposal management in research-based learning.
