การพัฒนาทักษะการเรียนรู้และนวัตกรรมของนักเรียนระดับมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้นด้วยการจัดการเรียนรู้โดยใช้การวิจัยเป็นฐานตามแนวทางโครงการเพาะพันธุ์ปัญญา

บทคัดย่อ
งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาผลการพัฒนาทักษะด้านการเรียนรู้และนวัตกรรมในศตวรรษที่ 21 ของนักเรียนในโครงการเพาะพันธุ์ปัญญาซึ่งมีรูปแบบการเรียนรู้โดยใช้การวิจัยเป็นฐาน (Research-Based Learning: RBL) โดยมีนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 2/1 ปีการศึกษา 2561 จำนวน 39 คน เป็นกลุ่มเป้าหมาย เครื่องมือที่ใช้คือแบบประเมินทักษะด้านการเรียนรู้และนวัตกรรมในทักษะศตวรรษที่ 21 ประกอบด้วย 4 ทักษะ คือ การคิดแบบมีวิจารณญาณ (Critical Thinking) การสื่อสาร (Communication) การทำงานร่วมกัน (Collaboration) และการสร้างสรรค์ (Creativity) ที่ประเมินโดยให้นักเรียนประเมินตนเอง และครูที่ปรึกษาโครงงานเป็นผู้ประเมินนักเรียน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า หลังจากดำเนินงานด้วย RBL ตามแนวทางโครงการเพาะพันธุ์ปัญญา นักเรียนมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงทักษะด้านการเรียนรู้และนวัตกรรมในศตวรรษที่ 21 เพิ่มขึ้นทั้ง 4 ทักษะ ผลการประเมินตนเองของนักเรียน พบว่า ทักษะที่เพิ่มขึ้นมากที่สุด คือ การแบบมีวิจารณญาณ คิดเป็นร้อยละ 12.40 การประเมินโดยครูที่ปรึกษา พบว่า ทักษะที่เพิ่มขึ้นมากที่สุด คือ การทำงานร่วมกัน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 35.90 แสดงว่า การทำโครงการเพาะพันธุ์ปัญญาสามารถพัฒนานักเรียนระดับมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้นให้มีทักษะด้านการเรียนรู้และนวัตกรรมในศตวรรษที่ 21 ได้
