การบริหารการศึกษาเพื่อผู้สูงอายุในจังหวัดลำปาง: การเรียนรู้เทคโนโลยีใหม่ในบริบทของวัฒนธรรมและประเพณี

การเพิ่มขึ้นของผู้สูงอายุและช่องว่างทางดิจิทัลในจังหวัดลำปาง สร้างความท้าทายต่อการพัฒนาศักยภาพด้านการเรียนรู้ โดยเฉพาะการเรียนรู้เทคโนโลยีใหม่ ๆ ที่มีบทบาทสำคัญในชีวิตประจำวัน บทความนี้วิเคราะห์และสังเคราะห์แนวคิดเกี่ยวกับการบริหารการศึกษาตลอดชีวิต ทฤษฎีการเรียนรู้ผู้ใหญ่ และการศึกษาที่ตอบสนองความหลากหลายทางวัฒนธรรม เพื่อเสนอแนวทางการบริหารการศึกษาในการส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้เทคโนโลยีในกลุ่มผู้สูงอายุ โดยพิจารณาความสอดคล้องกับวัฒนธรรมและประเพณีของภาคเหนือตอนบน
ผลการวิเคราะห์ชี้ให้เห็นว่า การบริหารหลักสูตรและกิจกรรม ที่บูรณาการความรู้ทางเทคโนโลยีเข้ากับบริบทวัฒนธรรมล้านนาและภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่น สามารถส่งเสริมการปรับตัวต่อเทคโนโลยีใหม่ เพิ่มคุณภาพชีวิต และสนับสนุนการมีส่วนร่วมทางสังคม รวมทั้งความยั่งยืนของชุมชนอย่างเป็นระบบ
