Leadership: Development, Compositionand Management of the Epidemic Situation of COVID 19

Abstract

 This academic article aims to explain the mechanisms for the development of leadership, composition, and management of the epidemic situation of COVID 19. The mechanisms for developing leadership with a three-stage development process: education, development, and training to provide leaders with three competencies: 1) knowledge competencies 2) skill competency 3) attitude competencies and three components: 1) power: leaders can use their power ethically, 2) influence, leaders can use power to change behavior. 3) Motivation is that leaders can motivate people and understand human behavior and communication skills. In the event of the COVID-19 epidemic, leaders play an important role and must demonstrate leadership with a review of the current state of the organization to see that the results of operations at what level is the number of personnel and the balance sheet of the organization. If the situation persists for a long time in what ways will the organization survive to build confidence and the survival of the organization in changing situations.
