Abstract

The purpose of this research was to study on Social relations of baby boomer Myanmar migrant workers, a case study of some province in the Southern region. For quantitative research, the research was conducted using questionnaires were used to collect data from 52 baby boomer Myanmar migrant workers. The data were analyzed using percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The findings revealed that for Social relations of baby boomer Myanmar migrant workers, the overall is at medium level (mean = 3.49, S.D. = 1.06); The highest level of working well with fellow workers or co-workers from other countries at high level (mean = 3.73, S.D. = 1.02), followed by complete the assignment as intended at high level (mean = 3.53, S.D. = 1.23), then the level of complete the assignments according to the time period at medium level, the lowest among the group (mean = 3.29, S.D. = 0.99).
