THE DEVELOPMENT OF ECCLESIASTICS ACCORDING TO APARIHANIYADHAMMA PRINCIPLE OF SONGKHLA IN THE AREA OF PANOM DISTRICT, SURAT THANI PROVINCE

Abstract

The objectives of this thematic are as follows. 1) To study the development of monks according to the principles Aprihaniya Dharma of the monks in the area of Phanom District Surat Thani Province. And 2) To study the recommendations on the guidelines for the development of the monks according to the principles of Aprihaniya Dharma of the Sangha in area Phanom District Surat Thani Province It's a mixed research. The population used in the quantitative research was the Sangha in area Phanom District. Surat Thani Province, all 128 monks. The tools used for data collection were questionnaires. The statistics used for data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation. The tools used for qualitative data collection were structured in-depth interview forms. From a specific random of 5 people. Analyze data from the interviews of key informants according to research objectives by using content analysis techniques to accompany the research framework context. By collecting data from 1 March 2022 to 30 April 2022.

          The results of research were found that: The Sangha in area Phanom District that the development of monks according to the principle of Aprihaniya Dharma of the Sangha in area Phanom district Surat Thani Province Overall, it's at a high level. When considering each aspect it was found that it was at a high level in all aspects. Which the aspect with the highest mean is the aspect of respecting and listening to the words of the elder monks, followed by the intention that the monks and novices' friends are virtuous. Who has not yet come to the abbot please come. Who have come, please be happy. And the aspect with the lowest mean is on the aspect of delight in the proper Senasana, respectively. Guidelines for the development of monks in accordance with the principles of Aprihaniya Dharma of the Sangha in Phanom District Surat Thani Province 1) In terms of meeting regularly, it was found that in normal situations before the outbreak of COVID-19 of the Sangha in area Phanom District Meetings are held once a month.
