THE PROMOTION OF ETHICS WITH TRI-SIKKHA TO PERSONEL IN MUANG SURAT THANI SCHOOL

Abstract

The objectives of this thesis are as follows. 1) To study the promotion of ethics through the Trisikkha principles for the personnel of Muang Surat Thani School. And 2) To study the recommendations for the promotion of ethics with the Trisikkha principles for the personnel of Mueang Surat Thani School. It's a mixed research. The population used in the quantitative research was a total of 157 personnel from Muang Surat Thani School. The tools used for data collection were questionnaires. The statistics used for data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation. The tools used for qualitative data collection were structured in-depth interview forms. By method specific random of 5 people. Data were analyzed from interviews with key informants according to research objectives. By using content analysis techniques to accompany the research framework context. By collecting data from 17 February 2022 to 31 May 2022.

        The results of research were found that : The promotion of ethics through the trisikkha principles for the personnel of Muang Surat Thani School overall was at a high level. When considering each aspect it was found that it was at a high level in all aspects. The aspect with the highest mean was aspect morality, followed by give alms and the aspect with the lowest mean was the aspect of prayer.Guidelines for promoting ethics through the trisikkha principles for personnel Muang Surat Thani School The results of interviews with key informants revealed that there was a link between dharma principles in terms of alms, morality, and prayer to use in promoting and developing administrators, students, school personnel and parents. By insertion in activities carried out in both schools and communities So that knowledge and doctrines can penetrate into the mind. It creates a good conscience in youth and personnel, as well as being a tool in determining and driving the education system along with creating activities to promote morality and ethics. This is the foundation for creating smart people, good people who are virtuous in society.
