บทคัดย่อ

บทความนี้ศึกษาความสำคัญและกลยุทธ์ในการเปลี่ยนแปลงองค์กรในประเทศไทยสู่องค์กรดิจิทัล ตลอดจนศึกษาบทบาทของสำนักงาน กสทช. ต่อการสนับสนุนการเปลี่ยนแปลงองค์กรสู่องค์กรดิจิทัล โดยใช้วิธีการศึกษาจากเอกสารทางวิชาการที่เกี่ยวข้อง ผลการศึกษาพบว่า การเปลี่ยนแปลงองค์กรไปสู่องค์กรดิจิทัลมีความสำคัญในการเพิ่มศักยภาพการดำเนินงาน ลดขั้นตอนการทำงาน และลดความผิดพลาดที่เกิดขึ้นจากการทำงาน สำหรับกลยุทธ์ในการเปลี่ยนแปลงองค์กรในประเทศไทยสู่องค์กรดิจิทัล องค์กรจะต้องมีเครื่องมือสำคัญประกอบด้วย อินเทอร์เน็ตของสรรพสิ่ง การประมวลผลแบบคลาวด์ ข้อมูลขนาดใหญ่ ปัญญาประดิษฐ์ เทคโนโลยีความปลอดภัย บล็อกเชน เทคโนโลยีโทรศัพท์เคลื่อนที่ และสื่อสังคมออนไลน์ นอกจากนี้ หากจะขับเคลื่อนสู่ความเป็นองค์กรดิจิทัลอย่างสมบูรณ์ ต้องมี 4 องค์ประกอบ ได้แก่ ความคิดแบบดิจิทัล ทักษะทางดิจิทัล การทำให้เป็นดิจิทัล และวัฒนธรรมองค์กรดิจิทัล ด้านบทบาทสำคัญที่สำนักงาน กสทช. ในฐานะองค์กรจัดสรรคลื่นความถี่และกำกับดูแลผู้ให้บริการอินเทอร์เน็ตของประเทศในการสนับสนุนการเปลี่ยนแปลงองค์กรในประเทศไทยสู่องค์กรดิจิทัล คือ การผลักดันให้เกิดการเปลี่ยนผ่านกิจการดาวเทียมจากระบบสัมปทานไปสู่ระบบใบอนุญาต การจัดประมูลคลื่นความถี่ รวมทั้งการสนับสนุนให้เกิดโครงสร้างพื้นฐานทางการสื่อสารเพื่อรองรับเทคโนโลยีเพื่อยกระดับกิจการสื่อสารของประเทศไทย
