THE EFFECT OF USING THE ENGLISH-SPEAKING ACTIVITY FOR MULTIMEDIA PRESENTATIONS IN GOOGLE CLASSROOM FOR PRESEVICE TEACHERS

Abstract
The objectives of this research were 1) to create a set of activities to practice English speaking skills with the Google Classroom application in multimedia and animation design subjects, and 2) to study English speaking skills in multimedia presentations. The research samples were the second year student in Computer Studies Teacher Training College Phranakhon Rajabhat University of the first semester in academic year 2021, including 1 classroom and 10 students. The instruments that were used for this research were English speaking skill practice set, 20 sentences for presentation of multimedia results and English speaking skill practice set Assessment Form for Activity 1 Measures English Speaking Achievement and the second activity series assessing the achievement of English language proficiency. In the multimedia presentation, the statistics used in the research were mean, standard deviation, percentage, and content conformity index.
The results showed that IOC content validity scores from a series of skills training activities that was at a good level that can be used in all respects. The results of the English speaking test and the overall presentation were found that the mean score equals 26.50, standard deviation (SD) equals 2.50 and the result of English-speaking skills in multimedia presentations was at a good level or accounted for 88.33%.
