SPECIAL EDUCATION MANEGEMENT OF SCHOOL ADMINISTRATORS IN SCHOOLS UNDER THE SAIMAI DISTRICT OFFICE, BANGKOK

Abstract
This research aims to: 1.Study the level of teachers’ opinions regarding the management of special education by school administrators in schools under the Saimai District Office, Bangkok, and 2.Compare teachers’ opinions on special education management classified by educational qualifications, work experience, and school size. This is a quantitative research study. The research instrument was a questionnaire. The sample consisted of 198 government teachers, selected using Krejcie and Morgan’s sampling table. The data obtained from the questionnaires were analyzed using descriptive statistics, including percentage, mean, and standard deviation, as well as one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA). The findings revealed that 1) the overall special education management of school administrators was at the highest level. The highest-rated aspect was administrative and management processes (= 4.60), followed by inclusive education participation (= 4.57) and instructional activities (= 4.56), while the lowest-rated aspect was student quality (= 4.49). 2) A comparison of teachers' opinions on special education management, categorized by educational qualifications, work experience, and school size, showed statistically significant differences at the .01 level.
