บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาระดับความคิดเห็นของครูเกี่ยวกับการบริหารจัดการศึกษาพิเศษของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตสายไหม กรุงเทพมหานคร และ 2) เปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของครูเกี่ยวกับการบริหารจัดการศึกษาพิเศษ จำแนกตามคุณวุฒิการศึกษา ประสบการณ์การทำงาน และขนาดของโรงเรียน เป็นการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ
มีเครื่องมือในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถาม โดยมีกลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ข้าราชการครูจำนวน 198 คน ที่คัดเลือกโดยใช้ตารางของเครจซี่และมอร์แกน แล้วนำข้อมูลที่ได้จากแบบสอบถามมาทำการวิเคราะห์โดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา ประกอบด้วย ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย
ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการทดสอบค่าแปรปรวนทางเดียว ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) การบริหารจัดการศึกษาพิเศษของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด โดยด้านกระบวนการบริหารและการจัดการมีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด (= 4.60) รองลงมา คือ ด้านการมีส่วนร่วมในการเรียนรวม (= 4.57) และด้านการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนการสอน (= 4.56) ส่วนด้านคุณภาพผู้เรียนมีค่าเฉลี่ยต่ำสุด (= 4.49) และ 2) การเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของครูเกี่ยวกับการบริหารจัดการศึกษาพิเศษ จำแนกตามคุณวุฒิการศึกษา ประสบการณ์การทำงาน และขนาดของโรงเรียน พบว่ามีความแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01
