ภาวะผู้นำเหนือผู้นำของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในยุคดิจิทัล

บทคัดย่อ
งานวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาภาวะผู้นำเหนือผู้นำของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในยุคดิจิทัล 2) ศึกษาแนวทางการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำเหนือผู้นำของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในยุคดิจิทัล กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ครูผู้สอนในสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน จำนวน 384 คน โดยการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบหลายขั้นตอน ผู้ให้ข้อมูลหลัก จำนวน 5 คน ทำการเลือกแบบเจาะจง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นแบบสอบถามแบบมาตราวัดประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ .987 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และแบบสัมภาษณ์ ใช้การวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ภาวะผู้นำเหนือผู้นำของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในยุคดิจิทัล โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก 2)แนวทางการพัฒนาภาวะผู้เหนือผู้นำของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ในยุคดิจิทัล ได้แก่ (1) ด้านการส่งเสริมภาวะผู้นำตนเองของบุคลากร ผู้บริหารควรวางแผนการดำเนินงานอย่างชัดเจน และเปิดโอกาสให้บุคลากรมีบทบาทเป็นผู้นำ รวมถึงมีส่วนร่วมในการพัฒนาสถานศึกษา (2) ด้านการเป็นแบบอย่างที่ดี ผู้บริหารต้องประพฤติตนให้เป็นตัวอย่างที่เหมาะสม เคารพและรับฟังความคิดเห็นของบุคลากรอย่างจริงใจ (3) ด้านการกระตุ้นการตั้งเป้าหมายด้วยตนเอง ผู้บริหารควรดำเนินงานอย่างเป็นระบบ มีเป้าหมายชัดเจน และสร้างแรงจูงใจให้บุคลากรตระหนักถึงเป้าหมายขององค์กร (4) ด้านการส่งเสริมทัศนคติเชิงบวก ควรใช้ถ้อยคำให้กำลังใจที่สร้างสรรค์ สนับสนุนให้บุคลากรมีความเปิดเผย จริงใจ และร่วมมือกันอย่างเป็นมิตร (5) ด้านการสนับสนุนผ่านการให้รางวัลและคำชมเชย ผู้บริหารควรสร้างขวัญกำลังใจ ด้วยการพิจารณาผลงานอย่างเป็นธรรม ชื่นชมเมื่อเหมาะสม และเปิดโอกาสให้บุคลากรพัฒนาตนเองตามศักยภาพ (6) ด้านการสร้างทีมงานอย่างมีส่วนร่วม ผู้บริหารควรส่งเสริมการทำงานเป็นทีม โดยใช้หลักการบริหารแบบมีส่วนร่วม และระดมความคิดเห็นจากทุกฝ่าย (7) ด้านการสร้างวัฒนธรรมผู้นำตนเองในองค์กร ควรจัดสภาพแวดล้อมให้เหมาะสม จัดหาทรัพยากรที่จำเป็น และกำหนดแนวปฏิบัติร่วม เพื่อปลูกฝังวัฒนธรรมและค่านิยมแห่งภาวะผู้นำในสถานศึกษา
