Abstract

This research is a study. Strengthening the competency of human resource managers the automotive parts manufacturing industry in Thailand has objective: 1) To study the factors of good characteristics of human resource managers. Ethical Leadership Participation. 2) To study the competency factors of human resource managers. 3) To be a guideline for enhancing the competence of human resource managers in the automotive parts manufacturing industry in Thailand. This is mixed-method research using qualitative and quantitative research. The research instrument used was in-depth interviews. Key informants of the research using Delphi technique, focus group method from 17 entrepreneurs in the automotive parts manufacturing industry. and a specific sample questionnaire of 400 peoples. The research was conducted by semi-structured interviews. The data were analyzed for content using triangulation to find the validity and statistical accuracy used in analyzing the content data. such as Descriptive analysis and Pearson product moment correlation coefficient analysis were used to confirm the research results. The research results found that key informants were consistent in their views that: Human resource managers are the first people responsible for selecting employees. Therefore, it is necessary to have skills, knowledge, good management qualities, ethical leadership, and participation within the organization. But there is still a lack of language learning skills for communication in the current era and a lack of cooperation Government support in promoting the private sector, therefore human resource administrators. Therefore, human resource managers should develop themselves along with the organization. In summary, it can be concluded that there are positive effects on enhancing the competencies of human resource managers
