Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อทดสอบข้อสมมติฐานว่า บุคลากรของเมืองพัทยามีความคิดเห็นเชิงบวกและชอบการจ้างที่ปรึกษาเพื่อจัดทำแผนพัฒนาเมืองพัทยามากกว่าการจัดทำแผนพัฒนาโดยบุคลากรของเมืองพัทยา ข้อมูลที่ใช้ในการวิจัยนี้ ได้มาจากการแจกแบบสอบถามให้บุคลากรของเมืองพัทยาที่ถูกเลือกมาเป็นตัวอย่าง จำนวน 200 คน เป็นผู้กรอก สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และ Paired t-test ข้อมูลเมื่อนำมาวิเคราะห์ พบว่า บุคลากรเมืองพัทยามีความเห็นว่ากระบวนการจัดทำแผนพัฒนาโดยที่ปรึกษาดีกว่ากระบวนการจัดทำแผนพัฒนาโดยเมืองพัทยา

Evaluating the Opinions Regarding Outsourcing Planning Functions of Pattaya City

This research aims to test a hypothesis that the staff of Pattaya City is more in favor of outsourcing than having the in-house staff do the planning for the city. Data for this research were collected from a sample of 200 staff of the city, who were provided with self-administered questionnaires. These data were analyzed using frequency, percentage, mean values, standard deviation, and paired t-test. The results from these analyses support the hypothesis.
