AN APPLICATION OF TOSAPHITHRAJDHAMMA PRINCIPLES IN ADMINISTRATION THAT AFFECTS THE PERFORMANCE OF TEACHERS UNDER NAKHON SI THAMMARAT PRIMARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICE 2

Abstract

This thesis has the following objectives : 1) To study the level of application of the principle of Tosaphitharajdhamma in the administration of educational institutions under Nakhon Si Thammarat Primary Educational Service Area Office 2  2) To study the performance level of teachers in educational institutions under the Office of Nakhon Si Thammarat Primary Education Service Area 2 and  3) To study the relationship between the application of Tosapitha Rajadhamma principles in administration and the performance of teachers under Nakhon Si Thammarat Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 The population were school teacher under  Nakhon Si Thammarat  Primary  Educational Service  Area  Office 2.there are about 2,620 persons, sample size according to Krejcie and Morgan's table measurement, the samples were about 335 persons, The tool used for data collection was a closed-ended questionnaire that intensively analyzed the data. volume with a ready-made computer program The statistics used in the research were percentage, mean, standard deviation, Simple Pearson's Product Moment Correlation.

The results showed that 1) The results of the analysis on the application of the Tosaphitharajdhamma principles in the administration that affect the efficiency of the teacher's performance. Under the Office of Nakhon Si Thammarat Primary Educational Service Area 2, by combining all 10 aspects, it was found that the application of the principle of Dosaphitharajdhamma in the administration of the administrators was at a high level when considering each aspect, arranged in descending order of average value from highest to lowest. found that when considering each aspect Sorted by average from highest to lowest, it was found that giving (alms) had the highest average, followed by honesty (achava), and behavioral control (precepts) had the lowest average, respectively. 2)The results of the analysis on the performance of teachers under the Nakhon Si Thammarat Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, overall, in all 3 aspects, found that it was at the highest level when considering each aspect, sorted by average from In descending order, it was found that morality and ethics had the highest average, followed by motivation in working. As for knowledge and ability, they had the lowest averages, respectively. 3)The results of the analysis of the application of the principle of Tosaphitharajdhamma In administration and performance efficiency of teachers under Nakhon Si Thammarat Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, it was found that there was a positive correlation with a statistically significant level of 0.01 in  all 3 aspects. When considering each aspect, it was found that Knowledge and competence (r = .739) Work motivation (r = .665) Morality and ethics (r = .803)
