Abstract

The objectives of this thesis are as follows: 1. To study the technological leadership of school administrators based on the opinions of teachers. Under the Office of Secondary Educational Service Area Nakhon Si Thammarat 2. To compare the technological leadership of educational institution administrators. According to the opinions of teachers, classified by gender, work experience and the size of the educational institutions Under the Nakhon Si Thammarat Secondary Educational Service Area Office, the population is government teachers working in educational institutions. Under the Office of Secondary Education Service Area Nakhon Si Thammarat, academic year 2021, totaling 71 schools, a total of 2,710 people. The sample group consisted of 335 government teachers working in educational institutions. Under the Office of Secondary Education Service Area Nakhon Si Thammarat, academic year 2021 (Craigsy and Morgan's ready-made tables), then stratified random sampling and simple randomization were used. The tools used for data collection were closed-ended and open-ended questionnaires that analyzed the quantitative data with a ready-made computer program. The statistics used in the research were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation independent sample t-test, One-Way ANOVA analysis.

The findings were as follows

  1. The results of the analysis on technological leadership of school administrators according to the opinions of teachers. Under the Nakhon Si Thammarat Secondary Educational Service Area Office, it was found that the mean, standard deviation and the opinion level of government teachers on technological leadership of school administrators. Under the Nakhon Si Thammarat Secondary Education Service Area Office Overall, it was at the highest level (x= 4.59, S.D. x= 0.49).

when considering side by side In descending order of averages were the use of technology for measurement and evaluation ( x = 4.67, S.D. x= 0.54), followed by instructional management ( x = 4.64, S.D. x= 0.42), management support and performance ( x = 4.60, S.D. x= 0.59), professional efficiency and expertise ( x = 4.61, S.D. x= 0.53), leadership and vision ( x = 4.53, S.D. x= 0.69), and social, legal and ethical use of technology. Information (x  = 4.52, S.D. x= 0.60), respectively.

2.1 The comparison of teachers' opinions toward technological leadership of school administrators. Under the Office of Nakhon Si Thammarat Secondary Educational Service Area, as a whole, classified by gender, it was found that government teachers with different genders have opinions towards technological leadership of school administrators under the Office of Secondary Educational Service Area, Nakhon Si Thammarat. The overall picture is not different.

2.2 The results of the comparison of the opinions of government teachers towards technological leadership of school administrators Under the Office of Secondary Education Service Area Nakhon Si Thammarat. Overall, classified by work experience by Sheffe method, it was found that government teachers with different working experiences Opinions on technological leadership of school administrators under the Nakhon Si Thammarat Secondary Educational Service Area Office. 2.3 The results of the comparison of the opinions of government teachers towards technological leadership of school administrators Under the Office of Secondary Education Service Area Nakhon Si Thammarat as a whole, classified according to the size of the educational establishment by Sheffe method. There are opinions on technological leadership of school administrators. under the Nakhon Si Thammarat Secondary Educational Service Area Office. Overall, all 6 aspects were not different.

Suggestions for promoting technological leadership of school administrators based on teacher opinions Under the Nakhon Si Thammarat Secondary Educational Service Area Office, it was found that the recommendations concerning the promotion of technological leadership of school administrators based on the opinions of teachers Under the Nakhon Si Thammarat Secondary Education Service Area Office Sorted by frequency from most to least found that the aspect of management support and operations. The least frequency is that the educational institution administrators must know the technology. use technology as and must be in a creative way
