The relationship between digital leadership and academic of school Administration under Nakhon Sawan Primary Educational Service Area 3

Abstract
This Research Article were: 1) to study the level of digital leadership of school administrators 2) to study the level of academic administration and 3) to study the relationship between digital leadership of school administrators and academic administration. The sample in this research that from Krejcie & Morgan’s table. They were teachers 297 that obtained by a multi-stage random sampling method. The research instruments were the questionnaire on the level of digital and academic administration leadership of school administrators with the content validity between 0.67 – 1.00 whose reliability value was 0.98, The statistics used in the data analysis were the mean, standard deviation, and Pearson’s correlation coefficient. The findings were as follows: 1. The level of Digital Leadership of School Administrators, according to teachers’ opinions, was at a high level overall (average = 4.38, S.D. = 0.35). When considering each aspect, the aspect with the highest mean was: Interims of having a digital literacy at high level (average = 4.46, S.D. = 0.39) , followed by being the factor of digital communication at high level (average = 4.40, S.D. = 0.35) and the aspect with the lowest average value was the aspect of creating a digital organizational development at high level (average = 4.32, S.D. = 0.47) 2. The level of academic administration according to teachers ‘opinions, was overall at a high level (average = 4.38, S.D. = 0.35). 3.The relationship between digital leadership of educational institution administrators and academic administration had positive correlation that in overall was high level (rxy = 0.98) with statistical significance at the .01 level.
