The Development of Political Communication Pattern in Information Age of Democrat Party

This study employed Delphi technique to investigate political communication pattern. The findings of the study could be concluded as follows: the pattern of political communication in the information age of the Democrat Party consisted of three aspects: political aspect, i.e, the role of listening to the people’s opinions and requests, the role of collecting people’s problems and needs and created and conveyed the Party policies; communication aspect, i.e., communication skill, the unity in communication, the leader in communication including public and mass media relations; and technological communication aspect, i.e., technology in building party popularity, technological communication network and technological and innovative communication.
