Towards Performance Efficiency Enhancement by Using Kaizen Concept: A Case Study of Y. S. Pund Co., Ltd

             This research examined performance efficiency enhancement by using Kaizen concept at Y. S. Pund Company Limited. The sample of this survery research consisted of 334 employees at operational level. Gender, age, education, working experience, and salary affected working efficiency significantly. Working environment, working adaptation, and employee’s participation were at moderate level. It was suggested that for an encanument of Kaizen activity should be more encouraged by supporting facilities and promoting teamwork.
