Abstract

This research applied the theory of McKinney 7 to formulate a human resource management model of SME’s in Singapore. Factor analysis revealed that the model of the human resource management in Singapore consisted of corporate strategy, shared value, managerial style, structure, staff skill, problem solving skill, management system, and qualified personnel.
