บทคัดย่อ

งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อทำการศึกษาปัจจัยของผู้มีอิทธิพลในการสื่อสารการตลาดที่มีผลต่อการตัดสินใจซื้อสินค้าบนช่องทาง TikTok ข้อมูลจากผู้ที่เคยใช้บริการซื้อสินค้าผ่านแพลตฟอร์ม TikTok จำนวน 400 คน ผ่านช่องทางออนไลน์โดยใช้เพจ Facebook ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการซื้อสินค้าออนไลน์ผ่านทาง TikTok เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือ แบบสอบถาม วิธีการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลหลักใช้การวิเคราะห์สถิติเชิงพรรณนาและสถิติเชิงอนุมาน ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้านปัจจัยใช้การวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงยืนยัน และการวิเคราะห์ความสัมพันธ์ด้วยสถิติถดถอยพหุคูณ           
            ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิงมีจำนวน 244 ราย อายุต่ำกว่า 25 ปี และมีรายได้ต่อเดือน 15,001 – 25,000 บาท ปัจจัยของผู้มีอิทธิพลในการสื่อสารการตลาดต่อการตัดสินใจซื้อสินค้า พบว่าผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามมีระดับความคิดเห็นต่อองค์ประกอบของผู้สื่อสารที่อยู่ในระดับมาก ผลการวิเคราะห์ความสอดคล้องของโมเดลพบว่า โมเดลมีความสอดคล้องกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์อยู่ในระดับยอมรับได้ สามารถนำไปใช้วิเคราะห์ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างตัวแปรต่อไปได้ และค่าน้ำหนักองค์ประกอบเป็นมาตรฐานผ่านเกณฑ์ทุกปัจจัย รวมถึงผลการทดสอบสมมติฐานที่ 1 ด้วยการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณแบบ Stepwise ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ปัจจัยด้านความน่าเชื่อถือและความไว้วางใจ ความเชี่ยวชาญ ความน่าดึงดูด ความใกล้เคียงกับผู้บริโภค การมีปฏิสัมพันธ์ และคุณภาพการนำเสนอของผู้มีอิทธิพลในการสื่อสารการตลาดต่อการตัดสินใจซื้อสินค้า สามารถพยากรณ์ความตั้งใจของผู้ซื้อสินค้าบน TikTok อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05
