Abstract

Personnel management is a process that involves the management of human resources for maximum efficiency and effectiveness for the organization. In general, whether governmental or private there will be two guidelines for the implementation of the system is the patronage system and the moral system. The process of managing that person has four important principles is 1) Recruiting personnel 2) Personnel maintenance 3) Personnel development and 4) Retirement from work. Disciples is a Buddhist way of managing people that appears in the Tripitaka is a way of assigning duties to disciples according to their knowledge through being appointed as experts in the various departments is an example of decentralization and is the use of people to suit the work in Buddhism.
