Factors Influencing on The Success of Managing Chapayom Entrepreneur

Abstract

This study has the objectives to examine the level of factors influencing on the management and level of success in management of Chapayom entrepreneurs, also to examine the difference in demographic factors influencing on the success in management of Chapayom entrepreneurs, as well as to examine the management factors influencing on the success in management of Chapayom entrepreneurs. The sample group for the research was Chapayom entrepreneurs in 200 branches throughout Thailand. The multi-level random sampling was applied, and the questionnaire was used for data collection. The statistics for data analysis was percentage, frequency, mean, Independent Sample: t-test, One-Way Analysis of Variance (ANOVA: F-test) and Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The result showed that the management factors which included planning, work and organization management, delegation, coordination, and monitoring all have high average value. The success in management of Chapayom entrepreneurs was in good level. The result of hypothesis test showed that (1) The average monthly income of Chapayom entrepreneurs varied, the success in management of Cha payom entrepreneurs was different while the difference in gender, age, marital status and education level indifferently influenced the success in management of Chapayom at the 0.05 significant level. (2) The management factors included planning, work and organization management, delegation, coordination, and monitoring influenced the success in management of Chapayom entrepreneurs at the 0.05 significant level.
