The purposes of this research paper were 1. the supervision of schools administrators under secondary educational service area office 21nong khai-bueng kan. 2. the academics performance of school under secondary educational service area office 21 nong khai-buengkan. And the relationship between the supervision of schools administrators and academics performance of school under secondary educational service area office 21nong khai-bueng kan. The samples used in this research were 4 schools in secondary educational service area office 21nong khai-bueng kan .The respondents consisted of 4 schools teacher who responsibility for academic work, totally 152 respondents. With the research was a questionnaire based on concept of Glickman. The statistical analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation and Pearson’s product moment correlation coefficient. The findings of research revealed that : 1) The supervision of schools administrators under secondary educational service area office 21nong khai-bueng kan., were at a high level. When considering as an individual was at a high level : ranking from the highest to the lowest mean as follow : commitment, trust, autonomy and goals and objectives. 2) The academics affairs of school in secondary educational service area office 21nong khai-bueng kan., as a whole was at a high level . When considering as an individual was at a high level; ranking from the highest to the lowest mean as follow : development of community learning and translations and quality assurance system of with the highest mean and collaboration in academic development with other educational institutions with the least mean. 3) The relationship between the supervision of schools administrators and academics performance of school under secondary educational service area office 21nong khai-bueng kan., at rather high level. There was statistically significant at .01 and there was positively related.
