The Opinions of the Employees Towards the Happy Organization: A Case Study of Bang Bua Thong Municipality Nonthaburi Province

Abstract

The objectives of this research were to examine the opinion levels of employees toward the happy organization, to compare the opinions of personal factors, and to indicate the guideline for the happy organization development. The study was a quantitative research by using the questionnaire to collect and conduct the data. The target group of this study is the employees of Bang Bua Thong Town Municipality. The group sample consists of 407 employees. Data were then analyzed using descriptive statistics included percentage, mean and standard deviation. Hypothesis Testing divided by the difference of personal factors using T-test and F-test with One Way Anova. The results of the study revealed that the opinion levels of employees toward the happy organization as a whole was in a good level When considering the difference of personal factors, it was found that the opinions toward the happy organization were difference. And having a good coordination, clarity, skilfulness, efficiency tools, developing employee’s performance, building unity and friendship, honesty and self-discipline between departments in the organization were the guideline for the happy organization development.
