To Develop qualified and standardized academic work lecturers in charge of the course / field of study must make academic contributions such as papers, textbooks, books, and research papers for teaching students to get knowledge and experience, after successfully completing their education and entering to work at highly competitive organizations or labor market effectively and efficiently, especially, during the COVID-19 and rapidly changing digital technology. Meanwhile being a lecturer at higher education institutions has assigned a lecturer must have an academic position such as Assistant Professor (Asst.), Associate Professor (Assoc.) or Professor, not less than 60 percent because it shows the potential of lecturers at higher education institutions. Although there are some limitations but managing and preparing documents, texts, books, research papers require high concentration. Therefore, the researcher proposed a method for academic performance development by using the Trisikkha (Threefold training) as a base to create "meditation" by starting from the studying and earning knowledge (Sutta-maya-paññā) and using the principles of Yonisomanasikara (wise consideration) from reflective wisdom (Cinta-maya paññā) in the analyzing, synthesizing, and practicing spiritual development wisdom (Bhāvanā-maya-paññā) to develop the knowledge and experience of the lecturers to be higher than the learners or students, which is considered to be very important.
