The purpose of this research was to study condition and the guidelines to development the creative leadership of administrators of Dokseiow School Group, under Tak Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. The population included 108 teachers and educational personnel of Dokseiow School Group, The source of information of this research included 9 experts selected using purposive sampling considering specified criteria and qualification. The instruments used in this research were 1) questionnaires 2) Interview. The statistics used included percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The results of this research were as followed: 1) The level of creative leadership of the administrators both overall and individule of Dokseiow School Group, under Tak Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 is high. 2) The guidelines to development the creative leadership administrators with vision is that the administrators should be leaders in organization analysis to define organizational visions, and design organization development plans and annual action plans with definite operating procedures. With the ability to communicate individualized consideration vision, the administrators should encourage teachers to use their self assessment reports in order to improve their working performance, moreover, they should assign work that’s fit to the individual duties and abilities. The administrators should support every teacher to continuously develop themselves. With flexibility and adaptability, the administrators should be able to adapt to the situation, assign duties to the subordinates, provide advices and encouragement, and create a good atmosphere at work. With creativity, the administrators should provide opportunities for the teachers to work their best, encourage the teachers to use technology to teach their classes, and suggest the teachers to use analytical thinking process to solve problems. With teamwork, the administrators should encourage their subordinates to take part in the determination of roles and performance goals, always have plans to develop the personnel and team abilities, and exchange thoughts to effectively develop their working performance.
