Abstract

The purpose of this research is to study the factors affecting logistics satisfaction of customers via Lazada and Shopee applications by population in Bangkok Metropolitan Region. This study is a quantitative research. The sample consisted of 405 people in Bangkok metropolis and vicinity. The data collected were analyzed for statistical analysis, including frequency distribution, mean, percentage, and standard deviation. The statistics used in the hypothesis testing include One-Way ANOVA or F-Test. The study results presented that as a result of the hypothesis testing of demographic factors affecting shopping satisfaction via Lazada and Shopee, it was found that factors of different gender, age, education level, occupation, and monthly income affected the logistics satisfaction of customers via Lazada and Shopee applications by population in Bangkok Metropolitan Region and the buying behavior through the online application. The amount of purchase made through different online applications had no different effect on satisfaction. Online shopping behavior in terms of online shopping frequency and popular items purchased through different online applications affected logistics satisfaction of customers via Lazada and Shopee applications by population in Bangkok Metropolitan Region statistically significant at 0.05
