Abstract

The purpose of this research was to study the factors affecting the motivation for the performance of the administrative police officers. Sa Kaeo Provincial Police In order to know the rules, rules and regulations for the performance of duties of civil servants inspecting the Sa Kaeo Provincial Police Department, as well as to find ways to improve service administration by good governance for civil servants of the Sa Kaeo Provincial Police Department to work flexibly in a timely manner A questionnaire was used as a tool to collect data from 41 police officers in the Sa Kaeo Provincial Administration Department. Statistics used for data analysis were mean, standard deviation, correlation analysis, multiples. and multiple regression analysis The results showed that In performance motivation, income is correlated, and there is a positive impact correlating to work performance and directing performance motivation. by the results of the survey of the motivation of police officers in the administrative department Sa Kaeo Provincial Police Overall, it was found that it was at a high level (x ̅) = 3.61 and had a standard deviation (S.D.) = 0.80. found that the policy Ranked the most It was mean (x ̅) = 4.19 and had a standard deviation (S.D.) = 0.58, and the least ranked aspect was the opportunity for advancement. It is mean (x ̅) = 3.28 and has a standard deviation (S.D.) = 0.92.
