Abstract

Human Resource management Psychology in an organization is very important. Because there is management of personnel or people within the department to work efficiently and effectively by using the path of accomplishment as a guideline for practice, aspiration using it as  satisfaction and loving work, exertion requires diligence and determination in his work thoughtfulness, with the intention of concentrating on the work and investigation must work wisely and consider reasonably in managing talented and talented people to work well with the organization, there must be a work environment. Career progress and challenging tasks, because smart people want to develop themselves and demonstrate their potential to be useful for work and organization. In the end, everyone gets good benefits together. For effective work psychology, members must have unity, benevolence, kindness and generosity to each other.
