Abstract

The level of customer satisfaction with 7-Eleven store products and service standards, as well as factors impacting customer satisfaction with 7-Eleven shop products and service standards, were investigated in this study. 7-Eleven locations People that shop at a 7-Eleven convenience store make up the sample group. Students, staff, and consumers who buy at the neighborhood market make up the sample group. Data gathering, especially questionnaires, was the instrument of choice at the time. Analyzing data Basic statistics used to examine data concerning frequency distribution are descriptive statistics. to define the features of the study data or variables in general Percentage Standard Mean Deviatin based on the study's findings Customers that buy products and services from 7-Eleven outlets are primarily students/students who are teens who want convenience and quick service to impress them. consumers who will return to utilize the service in the future
