Abstract

The purpose of this research was to study the conditions for academic administration in schools under the Office of Kamphengphet Secondary Educational Service Area 41. The population are 1,656.The sample, determined via the table of Krejcie and Morgan,the informants, 342 persons in total, were 30 administrators and 312 teachers, one administrator and other teacher from each of the schools.  The research instrument was a five-level rating scale questionnaire. The data were analyzed using means (x̅) and standard deviations (S.D.). The instrument was an interview form, and the data analysis was a content analysis. The findings were  the conditions of academic administration in schools under the Office of Kamphengphet Secondary Educational Service Area 41 were on average at a high level, and when the individual items were considered, the one with  the highest score was measuring and evaluating, when considered individually it was found that The item with the highest average is item 7 was educational institutions encourage teachers to find quality Measurement and evaluation tools before use at a high level (x̅ = 4.57) and the item with the lowest mean was item 1, the administrators and teachers had Meeting together to determine the purpose of measurement and evaluation at a high level (x̅ = 4.13) . The area with the lowest average is the development of the school curriculum. In which educational institution curriculum development Overall, it was at a high level (x = 4.16).  When considered individually, it was found that The item with the highest average is item 1 was the administrators and teachers jointly plan, study, analyze the core curriculum of basic education And learning framework at a high level (x̅ = 4.27)  and the item with the lowest average is item 8 was the school has created a curriculum structure to determine the course code, weight, grade and time, and grades level (x̅ = 4.03)
