Consumer Behavior Analysis for Breakfast Consuming

This academic paper, the author conducted a literature review related to breakfast consumption behavior of Thai people. The author collected data from academic papers on breakfast consumption behavior. The study revealed that at present time the choice of breakfast among Thai people has changed. As the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak affects lifestyles and food choices consumer shifted to healthy consumption of fresh and processed foods. Consumer behavior Analysis found that Thai people decided to consume breakfast that have nutrition which necessary for their health, convenient to eat, low in calories, and inexpensive,. Nowadays, Thailand has many ready-to-eat breakfast products for sale, consumer can choose to buy and can add useful raw materials to add to the finished food products. Furthermore breakfast also helps prevent diseases such as obesity, diabetes and heart disease. A good breakfast should consist of five food groups, and food entrepreneurs must be aware of the use of nutritious ingredients. Safe for toxic substances in cooking for consumer
