The statistics used in the data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation. The results showed that It was found that the overall practice was at a high level. When considering each aspect 1) the administration of small schools under the Rayong Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, the aspect with the highest average was budget management ( = 4.57), followed by general administration ( = 4.47) and academic administration ( = 4.20). Therefore, the researcher is of the opinion that if the knowledge gained from this research is used for maximum practical benefit. Research should be continued. To be used as information in planning to promote and support teachers to develop their own potential a lot.
