This research is a quantitative and qualitative research (Mixed Method). Administrators and teachers working in medium-sized schools Koh Kaew Group Under the Rayong Primary Educational Service Area Office, Region 1 from 7 schools, 165 students were collected. The statistics used in the data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation. Part of the qualitative research, the samples used in the research were Seven school administrators were randomly assigned by the researcher. The research tools are structured interview and analyze the data by analyzing the content. The results of the research were as follows: 1) The relationship management between schools and communities of medium-sized schools in Koh Kaew group. Under the Rayong Primary Educational Service Area Office 1, the overall management was at a good level ( = 3.99) and 2) Recommendations on the management of school-community relations of medium-sized schools. in the Koh Kaew group Under the Rayong Primary Educational Service Area Office 1, it was found that (1) in community service Administrators and teachers should encourage the community to participate in expressing opinions and organize important day activities organized by the school. (2) The aspect of receiving help from the community. Administrators and teachers should involve the community in managing the matter. lunch management Giving scholarships to students who study well but lack funds giving the community to help in the matter Educating about drugs (3) in the role of basic education committees Administrators and teachers should encourage the board of basic education institutions to mobilize resources in the community to promote education and to increase their academic achievement. (4) Building relationships with the community Administrators and teachers should encourage students to participate in various contest activities. that the community or other agencies organized; (5) public relations Administrators and teachers should produce documents or publications.
