Abstract

The purposes of this research were 1. Study the promotion of organizing Teaching activities in dance in schools under Rayong Municipality and 2. Presenting guidelines for promoting organizing Teaching activities in dance in schools under Rayong Municipality. This research is a quantitative and qualitative research. The samples used in the quantitative research were 169 school teachers under the Rayong Municipality, Rayong Province from 6 schools. The researcher determined the sample size by opening the ready-made table of  Krejcie & Morgan. After that, samples were also taken Simple Random Sampling. The research instrument was a questionnaire using a 5-level estimation scale with confidence equal to 0.96. The statistics used in the data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation. And the samples used in the quality research were 5 school administrators of schools under the Rayong Municipality, who did a specific random sampling. By using the criteria as a large school administrator and having 3 years of management experience. The research instrument was a semi-structured interview form and an in-depth interview with the administrators. and analyze the data using content analysis techniques. The results showed that 1) Promotion of teaching and learning activities in dance in schools under Rayong Municipality Overall, the practice was at a high level (= 4.17) when considering each aspect, it was found that The aspect with the highest average was the aspect of promotion, praise, glorification (= 4.38)  followed by the aspect of teacher quality promotion (= 4.13)  and the promotion of teaching and learning activities (= 4.11) The aspect with the lowest average was the aspect of promoting professional advancement (= 4.07) and 2) The guidelines for promoting the teaching and learning activities in dance in schools under Rayong Municipality found that (1) Educational administrators should encourage teachers to do academic work to promote the level. as well as supporting the recruitment of expert speakers In the field of dramatic arts come to educate teachers as well as to support the dissemination of the teacher's biography and work. (2) Teachers must present stimuli that motivate learners. (3) In organizing activities, teachers must have classroom materials ready for learners to practice and study. Well researched such as televisions, mirrors, video players. teaching documents, etc.  (4) Teachers should manage the teaching of dance subjects in parallel between theory and practice, but focus on practical skills by allowing teachers to demonstrate first. and let learners practice. (5) Administrators and teachers should encourage learners to practice connecting old experiences with new experiences by showing learners to look at multimedia computers. study by interest Practice thinking of dancing by yourself according to the songs that oneself and the group want. Therefore, the researcher believes that if the knowledge gained from this research is applied for maximum practical benefit, Management should focus more on promoting the advancement of the dance profession. to be used as information in planning the promotion of teaching and learning activities in the field of dramatic arts to be clearly effective.
