Educational Technology and Communication Organization is an organization established to support teaching and learning. and change the educational method to be the most effective according to the standards of that institution by using various personnel working together to achieve the goals of the organization. Therefore, the administration must have a good management process, especially the work related to human beings. Managers must have a good management plan. Application of knowledge in ergonomics as a guideline for analyzing the factors or elements necessary for the management of educational technology and educational communication organizations. To bring guidelines to design or improve to be suitable for operators This is to prevent problems that may affect the safety and health of personnel in the organization.
