Abstract

This research aims to study the level of motivational factors that affect the selection of the line of duty of non-commissioned officers of Pathum Thani Provincial Police, the study of the level of support factors that affect the selection of the line of duty of non-commissioned officers, and to study the compare the differences in the level of motivation factors that affect the selection of the line of duty of non-commissioned officers Pathum Thani Provincial Police. The samples used in the research were 318 participants of non-commissioned officers of Pathum Thani Provincial Police. The statistics used to analyze the data were percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, and analysis of variance. The level of the statistical significance was determined at 0.05. The results of the study revealed the level of motivating factors that affect the selection of the line of duty of non-commissioned officers of Pathum Thani Provincial Police. Overall, at a high level. When considering each item, the results showed that all items were at a high level. Sorted in descending order of averages are as follows: in part of ability acceptance, progress, and nature of the work performed, respectively.
