Abstract

The objective of this research is to develop tanaka sunscreen products and study the consumer’s satisfaction with tanaka sunscreen products to increase the economic value of Bangearn Herb, Nai Dong sub-district, Tha Yang district, Phetchaburi. The researcher does not know the population, then sample calculations are used with Cochran's (1977) computational formula at 95%. The simple size is 384 people, by an accidental sampling technique. The research instrument for collecting data is 400 questionnaires because of the accuracy of the data. Data statistics consist of mean, percentage, standard deviation, and chi-square test, at a significance level of 0.05 The result found that the development of tanaka sunscreen products has a light-yellow creamy texture, soft and gentle skin, not sticky, good grip on skin, light cream absorbs into skin well, and less skin irritation. Tanaka sunscreen is packed in a plastic squeeze tube of 30-50 ml. Furthermore, consumer satisfaction with Tanaka sunscreen discovered that demographic profile influenced customer satisfaction, such as the product's ability to protect skin from the sun at a high level. Next, the creamy texture is soft and gentle on the skin and not sticky; a fragrant smell; beautiful packaging and attractiveness; and clear ingredients and details on the label, at a significance level of 0.05
