Abstract

Ausubel’s theory of meaningful verbal learning emphasizes the importance of the cognitive structure that must developed to absorb and add new knowledge to exciting information, so organize knowledge groups in order until a meaningful concept. The instructors can apply this concept in the classroom by presenting the subject and connecting prior and new knowledge using pre-conceptual representations in diagrams or media and know the relation in to different hierarchies. The instructors an important role in arranging the content, fine a way present the subject matter to be taught and provides appropriate informational base on understanding the nature of learners and individual different. as well as giving freedom of thought in accordance with 21st Century learning that can use digital technology media to appropriately adapted will allow learners to adjust cognitive structure for create more meaningful learning.
