People Opinions on Infrastructure Development of Klongtumru Municipality, Meng Chon Buri District, Chon Buri Province

Abstract

The purposes of this study were  1) to study people opinions on infrastructure development of Klongtumru municipality 2) to compare people opinions on infrastructure development of Klongtumru municipality classified by personal factors, and  3) to study the relationship between information awareness and people opinions on infrastructure development of Klongtumru municipality The samples of this study were 369 people who resided in governance area of Klongtumru municipality. Tools employed for data gathering were questionnaires.  Data was analyzed by statistical software.  Statistics for data analysis were frequencies,  percentage,  mean,  standard deviation,  t – Test,  One Way ANOVA,  and the Pearson Product Moment Correlation Coefficient.  The level of significance was set at 0.05. The study found that people opinions on infrastructure development of Klongtumru municipality, Mueang Chon Buri District, Chon Buri Province was at high level.  The hypothesis testing found as follows:  1)  the difference in age, incomes, and duration of residence of the samples affected opinions on infrastructure development at the significant level of 0.05,  2) the difference of  genders, education levels, and careers, did not affect opinions on infrastructure development, and 3) the information awareness of people opinions on infrastructure development related to the people opinions on infrastructure development at the significant level of 0.05.
