The Integration of Buddhadhamma in Nurses to Servicers in Wangnoi Hospital, Phranakorn Si Ayutthaya Province

The objectives of this research were to: 1. To study the nurses to servicers 2. To Comparison of service levels and 3. To study the guidelines for the integration of Buddhist principles in the the nurses to servicers in Wangnoi Hospital, Phranakhon Si Ayutthaya Province. This research is a Mixed Method Research using Quantitative Research Methodology, which uses Survey Research Methods from questionnaires In-depth Interviews and Key Informants to support quantitative data on a sample of people 353 who are received services from Wangnoi Hospital, Phranakhon Si Ayutthaya Province. The data were analyzed by Frequency, Percentage, Mean, and Standard Deviation. The F-test was performed by One-Way Analysis of Variance and tested for the difference of the mean pairs by the Least Significant Difference (LSD) Method. The statistical significance was set at 0.05. The results showed that: 1. People's opinions on the integration of Buddhadhamma in the nurses to servicers in Wangnoi Hospital, Phranakhon Si Ayutthaya Province, overall, it was at a high level (=4.43). 2. The results of the comparison of the opinions of the people who received services towards the integration of Buddhadhamma in the nurses to servicers in Wangnoi Hospital, Phranakhon Si Ayutthaya Province, classified by personal factors, it was found that: people with different gender, age, education level, income and occupation had different opinions on the integration of Buddhist principles in the service of professional nurses at Wangnoi Hospital, Phranakhon Si Ayutthaya Province no different, therefore rejecting the hypothesis. 3. The guidelines for creating an integration of Buddhadhamma in the nurses to servicers in Wangnoi Hospital, Phranakhon Si Ayutthaya Province is that supervisors and colleagues should pay attention to care and help solve problems when there are operational problems. It is like everyone in the organization is a family. All professional nurses should be encouraged to live together with love, warmth, mutual understanding, and compassion, the performance will come out efficiently. Should manage the authority responsible work appropriately. Distribution of work to suit the competence of professional nurses. Supervisors should encourage professional nurses attending meetings, training, visiting work to increase and develop knowledge and competence all the time. Should organize a training program on Dharma to be refined. Should be planned the right time to reduce the procedure, the rules of operation. The salaries of professional nurses should be adjusted to suit the workload and responsibilities.
