Development Model of Collaborative Learning Management on Computer Networks to Encourage the Innovation of Learners

Abstract

This research paper has the following objectives 1) to identify the need to promote learner’s innovation through collaborative learning on computer networks.  2) To develop a model to promote innovation of learners through collaborative learning on computer networks. 3) To find the efficiency model of promoting innovation of learners through collaborative learning on computer networks. 4) To find learning achievements using the model of promoting innovation of learners through collaborative learning on a computer network. 5) To find satisfaction with the model of collaborative learning provision on computer networks as a mean to promote learners’ innovation. The data samples were collected from two-class rooms from the second-year vocational certificate students majoring Computer and Information Technology at the Pranakhon Si Ayutthaya Technical College. The samples were clustered through cluster random sampling method for the academic year of 2021 and divided into 2 groups. The first group has 35 students and applies the traditional controlled online learning format. While, the second group 35 students and applies the cooperative learning on computer networks to promote learner’s innovation. As a result, the study found that students in the cooperative learning on computer networks group has a higher learning development score compared to the traditional controlled online learning group, 88.58/80.05 respectively. According to the research, assessment, questionnaire and learner’s innovation assessment methods. The paper found that student’s learning development in the cooperative learning on computer networks group was .05 levels higher than the group with traditional controlled online learning, a significant statistical threshold. Finally, the cooperative learning model on computer networks received a “High” level of satisfaction, as well as the learner’s innovation.
