New Government Administration and Management Effectiveness Demonstration School of Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University

The purposes of this research were to study 1) the opinion level of the new government administration of the personnel of the Suan Sunandha Rajabhat Rajabhat University Demonstration School; 2) the opinion level about the organizational effectiveness of the personnel of the Demonstration School of Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University; and 3) the relationship between new government administration and organizational effectiveness of the Demonstration School of Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University. A total of 145 teachers and academic staff were drawn to be the sample of the study, which is quantitative research. The research tool was a questionnaire. The research instrument, a questionnaire, was used to collect the data which were analyzed by descriptive statistics (frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation) and correlation analysis.
The results showed as follows:
1) The level of opinions about the new government administration of the personnel of the Suan Sunandha Rajabhat Rajabhat University Demonstration School as a whole was at a high level.
2) The opinion level about the organizational effectiveness of the personnel of the Demonstration School of Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University as a whole was at a high level.
3) The results of an analysis of the relationship between the new government administration and the organizational effectiveness of the Demonstration School of Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University in the opinions of personnel found that the new style of public administration had a positive relationship with the organizational effectiveness of the Demonstration School of Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University in the same direction was at a low level (r=0.041) at a statistical significance level of .05. When considering each aspect, it was found that the new approach of government administration in terms of excellence towards organizations with high performance was positively correlated with organizational effectiveness of Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University. The ability to change and develop schools in the same direction was low (r=0.165) at the statistical significance level of .05 and positively correlated with organizational effectiveness of Rajabhat University.
