Abstract

Due to the learning loss of learners due to the COVID-19 pandemic. This is due to the lack of going to school and the lack of socialization of students for too long.  Today's learning management is therefore inconsistent with the changing circumstances of traditional classroom learning. Therefore, it has been transformed into a blended learning that focuses on online learning. It is a popular choice in modern times, it is a variety of learning arrangements that increase in order to move towards a new way of life that can be learned at any time. Therefore, academic administration in educational institutions must keep pace with the changes that have occurred. When the COVID-19 pandemic crisis hit It's starting to unravel. Many sectors began to address the "new normal" that followed. School administrators must therefore have the ability to manage academic work to support the new types of teaching and learning. Not sticking to traditional teaching and learning administration. The academy is able to fully provide instruction in a variety of formats. Administrators understand, access, assist, support, and recommend teaching and learning to teachers within the school premises. Understand and have knowledge ready to develop a learning management model for learners to have good results and successful effectiveness. As a result, the education sector has undergone a major adjustment around the world. so The processes that can be academic administration of blended learning in educational institutions consist of 1) studying related principles, concepts or theories, 2) understanding and accessing them. Institutional context 3) Plan. 4) Assisting, supporting, and recommending teaching and learning, and 5) measuring and evaluating and inservice. Follow up on teaching and learning
