The Strategic Management in the Situation of the Outbreak Coronavirus Disease 2019 among Personnel of Sub-District Health Promotion Hospitals in Mukdahan Province

The purposes of this research were 1) to study the current situation of strategic management 2)to comparison the strategic management in classified by personal characteristics of personnel, 3) to study factors affecting strategic management, 4) to study problems, obstacles, suggestions about strategic management in the situation of the outbreak of the Coronavirus Disease 2019 among personnel of Sub-District Health Promotion Hospitals in Mukdahan Province. which was a mixed research. The samples group was personnel at Sub-District Health Promotion Hospitals 201 people and 14 key informants. The tools used were interview forms and questionnaires on a 5-level valuation scale. Statistics used in data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, F-test, multiple regression analysis and content analysis. The results of the research were as follows: 1) Personnel of Sub-District Health Promoting Hospitals in Mukdahan Province. There was a high level of opinions on the current situation in terms of composition and strategic management in the situation of the outbreak of the Coronavirus Disease 2019, in overall and each aspect was at a high level. 2) Different genders, ages, marital status had no different opinions on strategic management, while different levels of positions, education levels, length of work and salary levels had different opinions on strategic management was statistically significant at the .05 level. 3) Factors affecting strategic management in the situation of the outbreak of the Coronavirus Disease 2019; including (1) investigation and control of the disease, (2) establishment of mechanisms to support disease prevention and control, (3) disease prevention, (4) gender and (5) duration of work. 4) Problems, obstacles were community cooperation, insufficient support for operations and personnel fatigue and lack of morale. Suggestions were to provide sufficient support, continuous supervision and encouragement, compensation and risk should be provided according to workload.
