Article Consideration Policy

Articles that have passed preliminary consideration by the editorial team. The content will be evaluated by 3 experts from various institutions (according to the Office of the Higher Education Commission's announcement on criteria and methods for considering the appointment of persons to positions. Assistant Professor Associate Professor and Professor (Edition 4) 2021 announced on 26 April 2021) as determined by the editorial team. The evaluator will not know who the article proposer is. The same is true for those submitting articles who do not know who the evaluator is. (Double-blind Peer Review)
