The Administration Strategies of Islamic Provincial Council in the Three Southern Border Provinces during the Next Decade (2018-2027)

Abstract

This research aims to study the status and administrative problems of the Provincial Islamic Committee in the three southern border provinces. To develop management strategies of the Provincial Islamic Committee in the three southern border provinces in the next decade (2018-2027) by using future research methods Technical Delphi Quantitative data of 174 subjects and in-depth interviews was collected 24 people. Overall performance of the Islamic Commission's strategic planning operation was at a moderate level. And when considering each aspect, it was found that the preparation of the plan, the making of the plan, the implementation of the plan, and the improvement of the plan. All aspects are at a moderate level while the opinions of the Islamic Committee and those concerned, the state and administrative issues found the lack of planning, no operational calendar. No professionalism and there is no training and knowledge in developing a strategic plan to the personnel involved. Therefore, the plan should be updated to be appropriate for implementation and continuous monitoring. This will lead to the development of management strategies (1) focusing on the management of religion importance (2) the prevention of corruption leading to prosperity (3) ethical duty (4) paying attention to work to achieve objectives. (5) supporting the generosity according to the necessity of each province
