บทคัดย่อ

การเลือกตั้งองค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัด (อบจ.) พ.ศ.2568 ในพื้นที่จังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้สะท้อนพลวัตที่การเมืองอัตลักษณ์และการตลาดการเมืองได้เข้ามาประสานกันอย่างแนบแน่น งานวิจัยนี้มุ่งศึกษาการใช้อัตลักษณ์ความเป็นมลายู–อิสลามในการหาเสียง โดยเน้นการวิเคราะห์เพจเฟซบุ๊กอย่างเป็นทางการของผู้สมัคร อบจ. ในจังหวัดยะลา ปัตตานี และนราธิวาส ซึ่งเป็นพื้นที่ที่สื่อสังคมออนไลน์กลายเป็นเวทีหลักของการสื่อสารทางการเมืองผลการศึกษาพบว่า ผู้สมัครจำนวนมากนำอัตลักษณ์มลายู อิสลามมาสถาปนาเป็นทุนทางการเมืองผ่านการสร้างภาพลักษณ์ การใช้ภาษา การอ้างอิงกิจกรรมศาสนา และการเน้นความเป็นมลายู-มุสลิม ที่ใกล้ชิดกับชุมชน ขณะเดียวกันยุทธศาสตร์การตลาดการเมืองถูกนำมาใช้ควบคู่ โดยเฉพาะการจัดกรอบสาร (framing) และการกำหนดกลุ่มเป้าหมาย (targeting) เพื่อสร้างแบรนด์การเมืองที่แตกต่างและดึงดูดผู้มีสิทธิเลือกตั้งในแต่ละกลุ่ม ผลการวิเคราะห์สะท้อนว่าเพจเฟซบุ๊กไม่ได้เป็นเพียงช่องทางประชาสัมพันธ์ หากแต่เป็นสนามประลองเชิงอัตลักษณ์ที่ทำให้อัตลักษณ์กลายเป็นสินค้าเชิงการเมือง และถูกต่อรองทำให้เป็นจริงซ้ำแล้วซ้ำเล่าในกระบวนการหาเสียง ข้อค้นพบดังกล่าวชี้ให้เห็นว่าการเมืองท้องถิ่นในจังหวัดชายแดนใต้ พ.ศ.2568 มิใช่เพียงการแย่งชิงเชิงนโยบายหรือทรัพยากร หากยังเป็นการแข่งขันเพื่อกำหนดความหมายของความเป็นมลายู ผ่านพื้นที่ดิจิทัลโดยเฉพาะการใช้อัตลักษณ์ท้องถิ่นเป็นการสื่อสาร ทั้งทางด้านนโยบายที่เชื่อมโยงกับท้องถิ่นความเป็นมลายู
