transformational leadership, social support, professional commitment, and
motivation. The main aim is to clarify economic issues concerning the ways
the effectiveness of teachers are improved in specialized educational settings.
Quantitative descriptive research was used where 150 teachers from different
departments in SPN Purwoker to were surveyed as participants in the study.
The information was gathered by means of systematized and structured
questionnaires and was evaluated employing SEM to model the structural
relationship between the identified variables. In addition, qualitative data
were collected through semi-structured interviews with selected educators,
allowing for a deeper understanding of their experiences and perspectives
regarding leadership and support. The findings showed that transformational
leadership together with social support increased the teacher’s commitment
as well as motivation, which eventually enhanced their performance. These
insights portray how teacher engagement and effectiveness are driven by good
leadership in teaching and a supportive work environment. Lastly, the study

transformational management and social support policies within educational
systems. These issues should enable the administrators and other educational
stakeholders to create a better learning environment conducive to good quality
of teaching and even better student performance
