The Development Concept of Antecedents and Consequences of Innovativeness of Startups Business in Thailand

Abstract

                The purpose of this paper is to construct conceptual framework of the antecedents and consequence of innovativeness on startups business in Thailand. The study conducted by using a literature review and then document analysis to construct a conceptual framework. The results indicated the antecedents of innovativeness are 1) governmental support and policy 2) research and development and 3) entrepreneurship. While the consequence is the startups performance. The finding from the study should therefore be used by administrators as a guideline for develop innovativeness of startups business in the future.
